Delivery & Returns

Catalogue preview: purchasing and checkout are currently disabled. Delivery services, prices and estimated arrival windows will be displayed before an order is placed when the shop opens.

Delivery

We plan to deliver to eligible United Kingdom addresses. Available services, charges and estimated dates will be shown at checkout and confirmed by email. Orders will not be accepted until fulfilment and payment services are ready.

When ordering opens, please check the delivery address carefully. Dispatch does not normally take place on weekends or UK public holidays. Unless a different period is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made.

Cancelling an online order

For most goods, consumers may cancel within 14 days after receiving them, then have a further 14 days to return them. Tell us at info@yelow.co.uk before returning an item so we can provide instructions.

Return condition and hygiene seals

Handle products only as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for reduced value caused by unnecessary handling. For health and hygiene reasons, the statutory cancellation right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect products.

Return costs and refunds

For a change-of-mind return, the customer will normally pay the direct return cost unless we state otherwise. If goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or supplied incorrectly, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required by law.

Eligible refunds will be made within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they were sent back, using the original payment method. Where required, we will also refund the least expensive standard delivery charge offered for the order.
