Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
Effective: 1 September 2026
These terms govern use of yelow.co.uk and, once checkout opens, consumer purchases from A Good Website Ltd trading as Yelow.
Current catalogue status
The website is presently a catalogue preview. Checkout and payment are disabled, so browsing or creating a wishlist does not create a sales contract. We will update product availability, prices, delivery options and payment information before accepting orders.
Products and descriptions
We take reasonable care with descriptions, ingredients, directions, cautions and images. Packaging and formulations can change. Always read the label supplied with the product before use. Website content is general product information and is not medical advice.
Orders and contract formation
When purchasing opens, placing an order will be an offer to buy. An automatic acknowledgement will not itself mean acceptance. A contract will form when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly state otherwise. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch and will refund any payment taken.
Prices and payment
Prices, taxes, delivery charges and accepted payment methods will be shown before an order is submitted. Payment processing will be provided by the payment partner identified at checkout.
Delivery and ownership
Available delivery areas, charges and estimates will be displayed at checkout. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made without undue delay and within 30 days. Risk passes when the goods are delivered to you or your nominated recipient. Ownership passes after full payment.
Cancellation, returns and faults
Most consumers may cancel within 14 days after receipt and then have 14 days to return goods. The cancellation right may not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This does not limit statutory rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods. See our Delivery & Returns policy for the process.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and contact affected customers when possible.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable UK law. Contact info@yelow.co.uk first so we can try to resolve a concern.
